Chloe Grace - Principal HR Consultant
Chloe is an experienced HR and people strategy consultant with over 12 years’ experience in generalist HR across leadership, culture, and organisational development in the finance, not-for-profit and SME sectors. Chloe is passionate about helping organisations navigate HR with confidence and compassion.
Chloe has worked in generalist HR for over a decade at all levels, she has held senior HR roles on executive teams and worked closely with Boards on strategy, governance, and complex people matters.
Chloe holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), a micro-credential in Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, is accredited in Mental Health First Aid, and is a Professional Member (MAHRI) of the Australian HR Institute.
Through Elevana People Solutions, Chloe supports clients to develop practical, sustainable HR practices that align with their values and long-term goals. Her approach is calm, strategic, and people-centred—helping leaders build safe, engaged, and high-performing workplaces.
